Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities
End to End Marketing Campaign planning, execution & performance evaluation
Media planning, optimization, execution & evaluation
Foster & maintain media & influencer relations
Manage social media across all channels
Public relations
Marketing Ops/Budget Management – Ensure efficient & effective planning & utilization of quarterly budgets, compliant usage of alliance funds, timely POE submission resulting in 100% alliance claims etc
Regular interlocks with stakeholders eg. 4P, Segment leads, CGMs, HQ etc
Event planning & execution eg. Kickoffs, product launches, media briefings etc
Specification & Requirement
Ideally 3-5 years of marketing experience in IT or FMCG
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and collaborating across various functions eg.sales, finance, HQ, product etc
Possesses good time management, organizational and problem-solving skills (solutions mindset) & able to multi-task
Able to quickly pivot marketing plans to support business needs while maintaining marketing strategic intent
Reliable and highly-motivated self-starter
Positive thinking and team player is a must
