Description and Requirements

岗位职责

1. 服务系统兼容性测试，测试自动化开发

2. 根据互联网大客户需求，参与定制化项目测试

3. 测试设计开发，测试问题分析

岗位要求

1. 电子信息、计算机、软件工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历。

2. 5年以上服务器系统测试经验，具备3年以上测试自动化开发工作经验，在服务器原厂或ODM研发测试部门经历的优先考虑；

3．熟悉服务器硬件、底层软件和常用协议，如CPU, Memory, BIOS/UEFI, BMC, PSU, MB, PCIe Gen1/2/3等；熟练掌握Linux操作系统，掌握Linux常用命令，准确定位系统问题；熟悉服务器测试技能方法及流程规范，有丰富的软硬件测试经验，独立编写开发测试用例。

4. 具备良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力，能够与跨部门团队有效合作，共同推进项目进展。

5. 对新技术保持敏锐的洞察力，具备较强的学习能力和创新意识，能够快速掌握新知识、新技能，应用于实际工作中。
