Description and Requirements
As a Field Sales Key Account Representative, you’ll support Lenovo’s Mid Market sales team in Portugal. You’ll build and maintain strong customer relationships, acquire new business, and execute go-to-market strategies through a hybrid model of phone and in-person engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with mid-market customers in a designated territory

Execute regular customer visits and phone outreach to drive sales

Achieve quarterly sales targets and KPIs

Collaborate with Lenovo’s channel sales teams and business partners

Enable key channel partners through coordination and support

Gather customer feedback to influence product development

Maintain accurate reporting and performance tracking

Foster teamwork and a positive internal collaboration environment
Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT or tech industry

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Customer-focused mindset with relationship-building expertise

Self-motivated and results-oriented

Ability to work both independently and within a team

Fluent in English; Portuguese highly preferable

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting

Willingness to travel within the territory
