Position Summary
This is a temporary position for 9 months.
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Reporting & Analytics team and support our Business Partners in the United States and Canada with the sales and inventory reporting process.
This role will play a key part in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the sales data we manage. The analyst will work closely with other Channel Reporting Analysts and maintain strong communication with internal teams, sales representatives, and external business partners.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze sales trends and reporting behavior.
Identify and correct data issues or inconsistencies.
Perform detailed analytical reconciliations of sales data.
Ensure accurate and trustworthy data is reflected in our systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the reporting process.
Work directly with partner-reported sales data, including error detection and data cleansing.
Extract data from CRM, transform it, and load it into a portal (high-volume, repetitive tasks with some complexity).
Provide support tasks as needed.
Tools & Technologies
ETL/ELT: Integrated pipeline design for automated data transformation & optimized extraction and loading.
Python expertise: Databases, APIs, complex data transformation (entity resolution, merging/joining, rule-based row tagging).
Advanced SQL: Query optimization and orchestration.
Candidate Profile
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
Advanced English and Spanish proficiency (effective communication in both languages is essential).
Team player with the ability to work independently in a structured environment.
Highly motivated to handle high-volume tasks in a challenging setting.
Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role is a plus.
Specialist in data connections—skilled in writing quick, efficient scripts (SQL & Python required).
