Description and Requirements

Position Summary

We are looking for a Channel Reporting Analyst to join our Reporting & Analytics team and support our Business Partners in the United States and Canada with the sales and inventory reporting process.

This role will play a key part in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the sales data we manage. The analyst will work closely with other Channel Reporting Analysts and maintain strong communication with internal teams, sales representatives, and external business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales trends and reporting behavior.
  • Identify and correct data issues or inconsistencies.
  • Perform detailed analytical reconciliations of sales data.
  • Ensure accurate and trustworthy data is reflected in our systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the reporting process.
  • Work directly with partner-reported sales data, including error detection and data cleansing.

Tools & Technologies

    • ETL/ELT: integrated pipeline design for automated data transformation & optimized extraction and loading.
    • Python expertise: databases, APIs, complex data transformation (entity resolution, merging/joining, rule-based row tagging).
    • Advanced SQL: Query optimization and orchestration.
      

Candidate Profile

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Effective communicator in both English and Spanish.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role is a plus.
