Description and Requirements



SSG has been focusing on the expanding IT service market, especially the digital workplace services opportunity, the growing demand for aaS (as-a-Service) model, and customers’ stronger preference for sustainability services. Meanwhile, SSG continued to invest in software tools, platforms, and repeatable vertical solutions with our own IP, and focus on vertical solutions in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, education, and Smart City.  We are expanding TruScale as-a-Service to Digital Workplace solutions, developing our Hybrid Cloud solutions, and exploring Metaverse solutions.

You will report to the Iberia SSG Leader. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings with the EMEA Specialized team


Your main responsibilities:

  • Sales Expertise & Strategy: Lead the entire services sales cycle across various organizations, utilizing tools like Microsoft Dynamics for strategy, forecasting, and tracking sales metrics. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve goals.
  • Account Engagement & Management: Collaborate with Account Managers and specialists within a dedicated territory to create and implement effective account plans and customer engagement strategies. Build and maintain C-level relationships, acting as a trusted consultant.
  • Portfolio Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of Lenovo’s strategic portfolio, effectively addressing customers' business and IT challenges by proposing suitable solutions, including complex offerings like Device as a Service (DaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).


What we expect from You:

  • 7+ years of successful enterprise services sales experience.
  • Experience selling technology managed IT services contracts such as Digital Workplace Solutions is a must. Cloud or Hybrid Cloud Services and/or Sustainability Services experience preferred.
  • Experience growing maintenance or renewal contracts.
  • Consultative selling approach experience.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies to penetrate and sell to large and global companies.
  • Business English language is required, Portuguese is a plus.
