Description and Requirements
The Regional Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing Lenovo’s EMEA business within a dedicated global customer set within the Consulting vertical segment.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Independently develop, implement, and execute an effective sales strategy to penetrate the predefined accounts with the whole Lenovo portfolio, ONE LENOVO, to identify opportunities and overachieve sales goals
- Develop deep customer relationships and serve as a trusted consultant, build relations in broad customer lines of business to drive solution selling & transform customer relations from pure Hardware to Solution provider
- Build strong relationships with key channel partners and the whole business ecosystem
- Provide accurate weekly forecasts (weekly BMS), achieve revenue and profitability objectives for Lenovo while driving growth across multiple product sets
- Act as mentor for internal sales representative, work together with internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses to customer RFP’s & requirements
- Ensure that our customers receive world class sales and customer service, with high CSAT
Requirements :
- 5 years of successful Enterprise technology sales is required
- Proven successful account management track record of selling to Large Enterprise (ideally knowledge of Consulting sector would be appreciated)
- Demonstrated track record of top performance
- Technical affinity and experience in the pc & datacenter business area or similar technology sectors
- Good knowledge of Project & problem management
- Applies comprehensive understanding of sales processes and sales management techniques
- Excellent negotiation & communication skills both verbal and written in English & German
- Strong customer focus, High CSAT & operational excellence thinking
- High level of interpersonal skills, Strong relationship builder with internal and external stakeholders, ability to motivate cross-functional teaming
- Can do attitude; always aiming and striving to win the deal!
- University degree in business administration, information technology or similar subjects
Additional information: Travel linked to the sales nature of the role. Office Location: Stuttgart or Essen.
