Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

服务交付管理

  • 确保服务（如IT系统、技术支持、业务流程外包等）按合同约定（SLA，服务级别协议）交付。

  • 监控服务性能指标（如响应时间、故障解决率、客户满意度），及时处理偏差。

客户关系维护

  • 作为客户的主要对接人，管理客户期望，定期汇报服务状态并收集反馈。

  • 解决客户投诉，预防潜在服务风险，提升客户信任。

团队协调与资源管理

  • 协调技术团队、运维团队、供应商等资源，确保服务流程高效运转。

  • 优化资源配置，平衡成本与服务质量。

持续改进

  • 分析服务数据，识别改进点，推动流程自动化或标准化。

  • 制定灾难恢复计划（BCP）和应急预案，确保业务连续性。

岗位要求：

  • 硬技能

    • 熟悉ITIL（IT服务管理框架）、敏捷方法、DevOps等管理方法论。

    • 精通服务级别协议（SLA）、运营指标（KPI）的设计与监控。

    • 具备项目管理（如PMP认证）或质量管理（如Six Sigma）经验。

  • 软技能

    • 沟通能力：能清晰传达技术问题给非技术客户，协调跨部门合作。

    • 问题解决：快速定位服务瓶颈，制定优先级和解决方案。

    • 客户导向：以客户成功为目标，平衡业务需求与技术可行性。

  • 典型背景

    • 教育：计算机科学、信息管理、工商管理等相关专业本科。

    • 经验：3-5年IT服务管理、技术支持或项目管理经验。
