Description and Requirements

工作职责

  1. 负责海外智能客服机器人的产品运营工作，确保运营关键绩效指标（KPI）的达成。
  2. 跨团队沟通与协调，推动人工智能产品运营规划的实施与落地。
  3. 持续优化运营流程和方法，协助实现全球运营 KPI 目标。
  4. 负责海外智能客服机器人项目的日常运营，包括但不限于：
    • KPI 监控：实时跟踪关键绩效指标，及时发现并解决问题。
    • 案例审核：定期审查客服案例，确保机器人回答的准确性和专业性。
    • 周运营会议：组织并参与每周运营会议，总结经验、分享成果、协调资源。
    • 答案优化：根据客户反馈和运营数据，持续优化机器人回答内容。
    • 语料收集：收集和整理客户问题和反馈，丰富机器人知识库。
  5. 优先考虑具备视频制作经验的候选人，用于制作产品推广、培训等相关视频内容，提升产品影响力和用户体验。

任职要求

  1. 教育背景：本科及以上学历，计算机、市场营销、传媒等相关专业优先。
  2. 工作经验：1-3 年相关工作经验，有智能客服或人工智能产品运营经验者优先。
  3. 技能要求：
    • 熟练掌握数据分析工具，如 Excel、SQL 等，能够通过数据驱动运营决策。
    • 具备良好的跨团队沟通能力，能够与产品、技术、市场等多部门协作。
    • 熟悉智能客服机器人工作原理和运营流程，了解自然语言处理（NLP）技术者优先。
    • 熟练掌握视频制作软件（如 Adobe Premiere、After Effects 等）者优先。
  4. 语言能力：英语流利，能够熟练使用英语进行书面和口头沟通，具备良好的跨文化沟通能力。
  5. 其他要求：
    • 具备较强的学习能力和适应能力，能够快速掌握新知识和新技能。
    • 细心且有责任心，注重细节，能够确保运营工作的高质量完成。
    • 具备良好的团队合作精神，能够积极主动地参与团队活动和项目协作。
