Description and Requirements

We are looking for a hands-on Automation Engineer to drive the transformation of our hybrid infrastructure through scalable automation and modern DevOps practices. In this role, you will design and implement CI/CD pipelines, manage containerized environments, and automate workflows across VMware and KVM platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Ansible (playbooks, roles, modules)
  • Build and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)
  • Manage and scale automation workflows using AWX / Ansible Tower
  • Deploy and maintain containerized applications in Docker and Kubernetes environments
  • Provision and manage virtualized infrastructure (VMware and KVM)
  • Develop Python-based automation scripts and integrations using REST APIs
  • Perform Linux system administration and create Bash scripts for low-level automation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate processes and improve system efficiency

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Ansible (incl. AWX / Ansible Tower)
  • Solid Python development skills for automation and integrations
  • Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar tools)
  • Experience working with VMware-based environments (KVM is a plus)
  • Good knowledge of Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems and Bash scripting
  • Advanced knowledge of Git and version control best practices
  • Practical mindset with ability to work in fast-changing environments and deliver quick impact
