As a Sr Manager you will be responsible for Motorola masterbrand work, this position leads the development and execution of brand guidelines regarding Visual Identity and Language and its implication in all consumers touch points. This person will lead the execution of any masterbrand campaign development including brand platform and alliance programs. 

This person will act as a truly brand guardian coordinating activities cross-functional and cross-regional 360-degree marketing programs by ensuring alignment of regional and global goals . He/She will be responsible to drive brand training and governance to insure the organization has all tools to properly implement the brand, 

Her/His responsibility for alliance is to focus on developing and managing strategic relationships with critical partner organizations to enable both parties to achieve strategic objectives. The work includes investigating, analyzing, and negotiating new alliance partnerships; overseeing governance and compliance of the alliance relationship, resolving conflicts, and building strategic and long-term relationships with alliance partners; ongoing monitoring of the value of the alliance relationship through analysis of sales targets, performance metrics, risk analysis, etc.

Scope of Responsibility/Expectation:

  • Lead the development of masterbrand guidelines and serve as a guide for the deployment of the guideline across the company. 

  • Develop recommendations for policies and practices which would provide guidance to sales, services and channel units management teams regarding brand 

  • Lead cross-regions marketing planning alignment;consolidation of plans ensuring strength and alignment of messaging and plans at all touchpoints of consumer journey. 

  • Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects with different business areas and regions 

  • Negotiates at the executive level to obtain agreement concerning the delivery of marketing operations programs including brand partnerships as well as for resource requirements  

  • Business analysis to guarantee perfect alignment between Global/Regional brand strategy and GTM targets 

  • Coordinate cross-project activities ( alliances, partnerships, masterbrand platform)

  • Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI

  • Prepare reports for senior management 

Basic Qualifications: 
  • Large experience in the area 
  • Bachelor's degree, further graduation is a plus
  • Experience with people management
  • Strong Leadership and communication skills 
  • Advanced English skills 
  • Hybrid format (3x office, 2x home office) in São Paulo, SP, South region.
