Description and Requirements

'- To manage the KR Contact Centre team in KR and in DL that comprises for  21 headcounts
- Working closely with AP/GTAP CEC lead and  lead KR team to execute the CEC tower strategy
- Leading on KR CC operations transformation initiatives including upsell initiatives, eservices, automation
- Attend to high level customer escalation calls received by team members and provide the necessary directions or approval to resolve the job related issue
