Smoking: Not allowed in the office, but smoking room is available in 5th floor of Akihabara UDX
Employment condition: Permanent Staff (Probation period: 6 months)
Expected salary: Depending on the current salary and experience, we would make our decision
Overtime allowance: Not applicable
Working hours: 9:00-17:45 (Rest time: 1 hour (12:00-13:00))
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, year-end holiday, established anniversary day, special holiday, and compensatory holiday

Job Description:
- Experience in delivering large IT infrastructure projects end to end
- Lead technical project teams in the delivery of consulting service offerings
- Final accountability for editing and sign off on project deliverables
- Prepare details project plan, WBS, time sheet, GANT chart, etc as needed.
- Presentation of deliverables to client executive management
- Technology thought leader and evangelist
- Maintain a broad knowledge and understanding of the current and anticipated future state of the IT infrastructure marketplace including IT infrastructure trends, technologies, and standards
- Coordinate internal resources/stakeholders, third parties/vendors as well as interfacing customer for the flawless execution of large solution projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders (internal or partner)
- Build personal relationships with Sales SMEs and C-Level customers to ensure early engagement in customers’ problem-and-solution determination process
- Ensure that customer expectations are appropriately set and managed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain weekly project tracking meetings with subcontracted vendors in the regions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Achieve customer delight and loyalty, and upsell additional solutions and services
- Support the overall Services growth target in assigned geography.
- Great educational background and experience, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
- Proven working experience in project management and solution consulting, in the information technology sector
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in IT infrastructure projects
- Results oriented individual with high degree of autonomy and pro-active mentality
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- PMP is desirable but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery
- Proven experience in technical consulting roles
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
- Proven team player and team builder
- Language requirement: Japanese and English Communication skills
