Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:  1. Lead cross- function teams to go through all of ODT (Offering Delivery Team) processes and deliver multi-programs and tasks on time. 2. Lead and manage other function teams to understand the project charter, complete and deliver project objectives TTM within cost budget.  3. Manage the ODT Checkpoint Process for the project, efficiently manage and control project scope, risk, quality and changes requests 4. Work with function team to proactively provide solutions to customers within extended product lifecycle 5. Act as the primary interface between the various R&D, marketing, manufacturing team, external vendors and other function teams. 6. Monitor and report on various metrics that indicate the status of the development effort. 7. Lead cross- function teams complete the transition plan effectively with Quality.  8. Lead transition plan by considering transition roadmap, stock or/and healthy supply, technical ready and resource status  9. Integrated and optimize new product development and delivery process according to fast business driven.  10. Demonstrated skills in prioritization and time management to ensure that the program reports are timely compiled, and workload is managed effectively within agreed timeframes and deadlines Job Qualifications: 1. Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field (Computer Science, ME, EE ect) 2. At least 8 years related working experiences of project management.  3. Good communication (written and oral) skills to engage effectively to all relevant function teams and community. 4. Self-motivated, results driven, risks cognizant  5. Strong strategic leadership and analytical skills 6. Experience working independently and as part of a team to solve difficult technical, quality, cost, and schedule challenges 7. Familiar with product development process, employed in the similar field before. 8. Be able to manage multi-programs and tasks. 9. Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.  10. Excellent Office Management skills and be sophisticated in using tools;  11. Have PMP Certification would be a plus.
